Understanding the challenge
BE YOURSELF is a growing education and community brand. As the sole Creative Designer for a fast-growing education brand, I was responsible for end-to-end execution across print, video, social media, and web UI. However, managing frequent, unstructured feedback from multiple stakeholders created a significant bottleneck, slowing down production and risking brand inconsistency. The challenge was to reduce friction and build a scalable design process.
The Approach
Instead of simply increasing my output, I focused on optimising the workflow. I needed to shift from a reactive execution model to a proactive, system-driven approach, ensuring that feedback loops were clear and design guidelines were firmly established to protect the brand's visual identity.
The Execution
Workflow Optimisation: Built a centralised project management and feedback tracking system using Notion. This streamlined communication and significantly reduced friction when coordinating design feedback with team members and executing directives from CEO & Brand Manager, the project lead.
Unified Visual System & Brand Guardianship: Assetised core design elements and established comprehensive visual brand guidelines. To ensure strict consistency, I actively distributed these guidelines across the Content, Marketing, and Sales teams and collaborated closely with the Branding Manager. This cross-functional alignment strengthened the overall brand identity and accelerated the production of pitch decks, social content, and landing pages.
End-to-End AI Integration: Proactively leveraged AI tools across the entire pipeline. I began by using AI to analyse data and define target audiences, ensuring strategic relevance. I then applied AI-driven video generation and editing tools to automate repetitive tasks, significantly accelerating the production process without compromising creative quality.
Cost-Efficient Resource Management: Recognising the operational costs of AI integration, I invested personal resources to master AI token management. This ensured the new, accelerated workflow remained highly cost-effective for the business.




By implementing this AI-assisted, systemic approach, I completely transformed the production pipeline, driving unprecedented engagement while maintaining strict cost and time efficiency.
Accelerated Production by 60%: Cut the end-to-end video production cycle from 5 months down to just 2 months through AI automation and streamlined Notion workflows.
Explosive Viewership Growth: Scaled video views from a previous average of ~50K up to viral peaks of 2.3M, 1M, and 911K.
